SHIPPING INFORMATION:
WindowAlert products and birding supplies are shipped separately.
- WindowAlert decals are shipped daily from Oregon via US Postal Service.
- WindowAlert UV Liquid and WindowAlert Stop Bird Attack are shipped daily via Federal Express.
- UV Liquid cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
- All birding supplies are shipped daily from Missouri via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or Federal Express .
- Orders placed before 5:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time are shipped the next day.
- During peak season, orders may ship in 3-5 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
WindowAlert ships daily to points throughout the world. The cost to ship is only $.50 per item. International shipments are limited to decals only. Purchaser is responsible for any inbound duties or taxes.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, and CANCELLATIONS:

- Buyer's name, address, phone number.
- Buyer's purchase date and order number.
- Explanation for requesting refund.
- Requests should be made within 90 days of purchase.
